Winger Bobson Bawling has now signed a one year deal at Crawley following his successful trial spell.

18 year old Bawling becomes the fourth trialist to earn himself a deal after impressing manager John Gregory, following the earlier captures of Lewis Young, Dean Leacock and Emmett O’Connor.

Having come through Watford’s youth ranks before being released last summer, he has a good grounding of ability and the challenge now for him is to really get his career going and build on his impressive displays against Oakwood, Fulham and Brighton.

He has been handed the No 20 shirt for the coming campaign.

Speaking to the Official Site Gregory said.

‘I’ve been really impressed with Bobson since he came here. He’s a wonderful athlete, has got a terrific attitude and a lot of talent. He can play in a variety of positions and it’s a credit to him that he ahs put behind the disappointment of being released by Watford to earn himself a contract here.’

Bobson himself said.

‘I’m thrilled to be a Crawley Town player. This is a big chance for me and one I am going to take. I feel I have a lot to offer the gaffer and my team mates and I’m desperate to repay the faith both he and the club have shown in me and to also show the Crawley fans what I can offer.’
