Having stunned Swindon previously, and thrashed Barnsley before that, Crawley were on for another win against Sheffield United, until they finally broke through late on in the one-one draw at Broadfield on Saturday to deny us a crucial three-points in our battle to avoid relegation into League 2.

Pogba had gone close for us, an effort from 25-years was one that Sheffield United ‘keeper Turner was forced to tip over. Basham thought he had headed the hosts into a lead soon after but he was denied by an offside flag!

Doyle should have scored when he followed up an effort that Price had saved from Murphy before the he also kept our an effort from Brayford with others going close for the visitors before the lead came our way! Home debutant Wood (63), on loan from Rotherham, was able to head home a cross from fellow loanee, from Ipswich, Wordsworth’s to give us the lead just past the hour!

Dickson brought down Sheffield United striker Done late on and McNulty (81) make no mistake to level it up.

Following this game, as is customary of course, attention now turns to the MotM for us – who you think this was?

Select the name that you want from the list in the poll to your right, but why not also share your thoughts with us on your thinking for that person, and this latest game itself, with some views….
