When Crawley take part in the Sussex Senior Cup tonight a trialist, Max Kilman, will also be involved.

The Crawley News has reported this trial with Mark Yates also talking about this upcoming cup-tie with Ryman League side Hastings United.

‘These games are excellent opportunities for the lads who have not been in the team in the last few weeks to show what they can do and get more match time under their belt.

‘The Senior Cup is important for us now and we will be respecting the competition and the opposition fully.’

Crawley’s squad has been named, which as Yates says with it a strong one we can see it’s clear he’s taking this cup-tie seriously, with plenty of first-team regulars involved.

Callum Preston, Bobson Bawling, Jon Ashton, Christian Scales, Mitch Hancox, Shamir Fenelon, Luke Rooney, Ross Jenkins, Conor Henderson, Gavin Tomlin, Lee Barnard, Sonny Bradley, Roarie Deacon, Gwion Edwards, Lewis Young, Max Kilman.

Kilman, who has apparently previously spent time with Gillingham and Maidenhead United, will be looking to earn himself a contract with Crawley with a good show, assuming he does play, likely to help him achieve this.
